1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Personal Interview CRM ("the application", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

These Terms apply to all users of Personal Interview CRM. Using the application constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Personal Interview CRM is a personal productivity application that allows individual users to:

• Track job applications with company, role, status, and priority information
• Save job descriptions alongside application records
• Record interview rounds and stages for each application
• Store interview questions and answers
• Record improved answers for future preparation
• Add notes to applications and interview rounds

The application is a personal tool intended for individual job seekers to organize their own job search and interview preparation. It is not a recruitment platform, job board, or employer-facing service.

Personal Interview CRM is operated by Sagar Jain as an independent personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google LLC or any other company. Google Sign-In is used solely as an authentication mechanism.

3. Eligibility

To use Personal Interview CRM, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes

Access requires signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you confirm that you meet Google's eligibility requirements for holding and using a Google account under Google's Terms of Service. The application does not implement a separate age-verification mechanism beyond what Google's authentication requires.

The application is intended for job seekers managing their own applications and interview experiences. It is not designed for or directed at children.

4. Account and Authentication

Access to Personal Interview CRM requires signing in with a Google account. By signing in, you authorize the application to receive your Google account's unique identifier, email address, and display name, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activity that occurs under your account within this application
• Notifying us at sagarjain2030@gmail.com if you believe your account access has been compromised

We do not store or have access to your Google account password. Authentication is handled by Google's identity services.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Personal Interview CRM to track your own job applications and record your own interview experiences. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to access, view, or modify another user's data without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application's infrastructure or backend systems
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with authentication or authorization controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the application's source code for unauthorized purposes
• Use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
• Store information that violates any applicable law or third-party rights

7. User Content and Responsibility

All data you enter into Personal Interview CRM — including job application records, interview notes, questions, and answers — is created by you and is your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you store. Do not store sensitive third-party personal information or confidential company material in a manner that violates any agreement, law, or third-party rights.

We do not review or monitor user-entered content. You retain full responsibility for what you choose to record.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

Personal Interview CRM is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted. The application may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control, including the availability of the hosting provider (Railway) or Google's authentication services.

As a personal project in active development, features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. The application's current state reflects an early stage of development.

9. Data and Account Requests

You may contact us at sagarjain2030@gmail.com to request review, correction, or deletion of your account and its associated data.

Important limitation: The application does not currently provide automated account deletion or automated data export. Such requests are handled manually. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to verified requests in a timely manner.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the application after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application at our discretion, including if we determine you have violated these Terms or if the application is discontinued.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Personal Interview CRM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sagar Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Personal Interview CRM, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your records, or loss of business opportunity.

13. No Google Affiliation

Personal Interview CRM uses Google Sign-In as an authentication mechanism. This application is not affiliated with, developed by, endorsed by, or operated by Google LLC. "Google" and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC, referenced here solely to describe the use of Google's publicly available sign-in service. Use of Google Sign-In does not imply any relationship between this application and Google.
